1st of all I'd like to know if there is any way I could prevent my webpage from looking messed up In other browsertypes like Opera/MS IE

How do I get a scrollbar wich is "transparent" id like the txt to scroll on top of my Site Layout not inside som white ugly box :// So far I've only got the White Ugly Box

You could test you site in other browser see whats wrong then fix it other than that i think it just trail and error

and for you white box i dont know wut you mean but i use Iframe and so do many people.

You can just use

frameset cols="80,*" frameborder="NO" border="0" framespacing="0"

No need for I-frame with that
