    Nice job! looks really creepy..
Although its looks kind of unrealistic that the teeth come our of her lips... Maybe if the mouth on the original photo was a bit open and the origninal teeth would show a bit... but thats just mine opinion..

I think the teeth are way to long. Maybe shorten will make it look like it's coming out of her mouth rather than lips. Other than that, I love the skin. Nice Job!

Thx for comments so far, I'm gonna have a go at moving the lip up where the fangs come out and maybe add some of the mouth inside. I'm gonna also try what ash said see how it looks!

    Thx ash,TRex, nick for comments.

    C&C always welcome.

I think the scales need a little work too, they don't have any contour in congruens to the shape of the face, maybe use some of the burn tool, or the shear filter, it's up to you how you do it, or if you take my advice, I'm still a newbee so I may be pulling things out of nowhere.

or the displace filter... i think that could work quite well actually..

Like Viika said, the fangs would look a little better if they looked more alike - one seems to be twisted around a bit more than the other (& there looks like a fine black stroke around the left tooth too that you might want to get rid of). Actually, I think the righthand tooth is the better one to work with. Also to integrate them a little more & make them seem more realistic, you could try adding a fraction of burn to the lower lip beneath the fangs to make it seem like the lip is slightly depressed by the contact with the teeth (& maybe some subtly placed highlights). It may help. Apart from that, it looks great!
