Not bad, depending on HOW new you are to this. Images could do with some organizing, are you asking for an opinion on the site in general or the banner at the top?

I lov Disney too...Heres an Idea,separate the Characters to their own pages. Make thumbnails for them so when each Characters click it opens a separate window for them, that way it'll be more organized

I haven't used Adobe GoLive, but I would check on your table widths. 5145 pixels is much too wide to use for a table--that's the reason you have all that unnecessary horizontal scrolling. I would suggest something in the range of 750 pixels, depending on your resolution. I would make "Pam's Wonderland of Disney" larger in your banner and maybe include a collage of more Disney characters in it instead of just the Dalmations. I agree with another post--make the character images smaller and link them to a separate page with their own info. Hope this helps a little.

I'm curious to know why you changed from the last layout. It looked really wonderful last time I saw it. It's not as clean looking now. As previously said, it does need to be organized somehow. I agree that making separate pages for the individual characters would be a good idea. Since you have such a large collection, I'm sure you have a lot of knowledge and stories that you could include on each of the pages.

The puppy/collection pages look better than the index page with the images laid out evenly in a table, however, it appears that you used large images and sized them down on the page itself. You should resize them in Photoshop and then insert them in the pages so that you don't get any distortions, and it will decrease the load time as well.

I would also use the same banner on all pages.
