Hey guys, I need to know how to make a hover bar as seen as the main menu for the silverchair site.

The side scrolling effect where you put your mouse to the right or left, and the images scroll accordingly. How is that done? I dont need buttons like the silverchair page has like the doors... I just need images to scroll when the mouse is hovered over the left or right.
