ps 7 trouble

im having problems with ps 7 i cant get it to start half way thru loading it crashes to the desktop and i cant uninstall it it wont let me it says access is denied im screwed and dont know what to do plz help photoshop is my center i dont knnow what id do with out it :)

Kill the prefs.

Hold down alt+Ctrl+Shift while launching and then delete the prefs when it asks you

Sounds like you have a bad setting. could be a texture or anything
