im making my webpage but for sum reason i can only type int he middle of the page

i want to type in the top section but it will only let me type in the middle

Is this the same page as the image showing problems or is this a different one altogether?

*opens dreamweaver*
in the panel below the document go to vert and change it from default to top.:)

here in the document:

make it valign="top", or just lose it for the same default.
