Animations in Photo?

I think I heard you can do animations in photoshop. If you can can anyone give me a good tutorial or help?

You can do animation by combing pics made in PS in a series of frames in Image Ready which comes bundled with PS. Open IR and under Help look up Animations and it's pretty straightforward. :)
