hey man thats great. i love the blurred effect. maybe lower the scanlines down a touch on the lefthand side, but whateva floats ya boat.

Yea, I wondered about the scanlines effecting the light beams that are there but I just used a cloud filler on a layer mask and let it do its thing...Panama btw...lol...
