Need help with software, Mystical V2.0

I'm running Windows 7 and CS5. when I try to open AutoFx Mystical 2 all sorts of funny things happen. 1) it fails to open 2) it changes my color scheme on the computer, 3) if it does open the PSD file Mystical 2 stops working. 4) when I close Mystical 2 the image returned to CS 5 is about 1/4 the size of the original on it's own layer.

I emailed support, with no response, reinstalled the software no change. I've even tried running the software as a standalone, same issues occur. Has anyone else seen this problem?

I have had none of those problems using Win 7 Ultimate, CS5, and Lightroom 3.6 simultaneously passing through an image (photograph) to Mystical v2. The only problems I have with Mystical is how slow it is and how it wants to only let me do one operation at a time, particularly when trying to adjust the controling T bars.
I have 8GB ram on a 64 bit system and am using an older quad core AMD chip set. Speed is not a problem when using other plugins such as Nik ColorEfex 4 or Silver Efex Pro under the same conditions.
