Anyone shooting HDSLR?

I've been doing a bit with my 5D. I love the film like quality.
I know a number of event photographers that are boosting their bottom like by offering video as part of their services.

Not really into video play. Don't own a mark II. It is acutely one of the reasons not to by this camera.

I think the camera with video is a world breaking new event but not for me, i like taking photos (old skool?). I always look at a camera and want to know what's on there. Then I start to think "do I really need this", if the answer is NO, then i simply don't buy it.
