Bridge CS2 not showing all images

After a PC crash and reformatting (XP Home), I had to reinstall PhotoShop CS2.

Working in filmstrip mode, for example, Bridge doesn't preview all of my images. Some are previewed normally, some remain only as icons, and some are previewed very small--even though the files are large.

I suspect I'm missing something simple, but what?

Don't use bridge, but just a guess, look for something like a "regenerate thumbnails" or "fix database" option. Apple products like Aperture and iPhoto have that for when things get wonky. good luck!
