difference between standard photoshop cs5 and cs5 extended?

I have CS4 extended and am thinking of upgrading to CS5. But I don't understand what the difference is between the standard photoshop CS5 and the extended version (other than about $150).

My kids bought me CS4 extended about a year ago and I never used any other version so I don't have any history with the "standard version"

I tried to google the difference but haven't been able to decipher just what the difference is. I like the version I have and don't want to pay the $200 for the upgrade to a "standard" version if it is a step backwards. Any clarification would be appreciated.

The main difference is 3D and Video

Reposse is only included in Extended

I've never tried the 3D or video so maybe going with the standard version would be the best value. Thanks for the clarification.
