How to make lightsabres?

I'm an amateur on photoshop even though i've been using it rarely for the last 4 years. Now I gotta make some arts for school project. It'll be helpful if anybody can tell me how to make lightsabers effect, or point me to a website.. Thank U

I used to have a tutorial about it but my computer crashed and I lost all the images. There are several tuts online though
