Does anybody have or use the Topaz Plug-in Suite... or uses some plug-ins of that?
Could you tell me what you think about it (them)?

Hi Hermie!
I purchased Topaz Adjust and got Topez Denoise as an added bonus.
It is the one and only plug in I have ever purchased.
I highly recommend. Wish I had waited for the suite.
What I have found just playing with it is, what normally would take you layers and layers to do something, you can do with many controls on one layer.
Now here is the super cool part.
• I always take my original image and duplicate it. (I never touch my original.)
• Then Filter>Convert to Smart Filter and apply Topaz. This way you can always go back and readjust your settings. Totally editable and all your settings are there.
You are a photographer so you can find many uses.
Photoshop is just a fun thing for me. My workflow is mainly InDesign and Illustrator.
Hope that was of some help. ;)

Thanx Kathryn. Yes it helps. I downloaded all the 6 filters and played with them. I like adjust! All the others.... i don't know! Somehow they don't cut it for me....
That's the same way i do it... Never touch the original (and i use Ctrl, Alt, shift E a lot to make 1 layer from all the others, without touching those ;)
Smart filters is really a great thing they invented @ adobe :lol
Now i'm waiting for the update to CS4 (it's @ customs....) i hope i don't have to pay much taxes!
Thanx Kathryn
Hermie, Topaz Adjust did not work with Smart Filters when first released. I think it was their last update that now works in both CS3 and CS4. That was a huge improvement.
It all depends upon your needs whether to purchase the suite.
Let us know what you decide.

I'm thinking of buying Adjust, not the complete set.... You can download them all and use them for 30days fully functional. I thought about denoise but they don't cut it for me. I'm still looking for a filter to denoise an (cellphone) image or photos made in 1600 ISO (concert)...
I don't own a company so therefor i need filters (or other things) "just"for fun. Everything cost money but i can't afford all of that.... It a hobby for me (next to taking photos).
I hope to get more comments on this post and maybe someone will give me the right answer what i need :lol
Thanx for all the help and making me decide to buy the newest Adjust in 64-bits mode....
I don`t have the whole suite but Topaz adjustment plug in which is simply excellent. There is also free upgrades for the next version. I have had it since version 2 and they always sent new version for free..i like it! However i don`t think to buy the whole suite.

I decided that too... I think it's to much money for things i don't use... But the adjust filter is great and i will buy that one...
