Switching to mac will everything be ok?

Hi I am switching to an imac from PC because I am sick to death of glitches and viruses and want to know if everything will be ok, will the mac read my ttf font collection and all illustrator, photoshop, indesign CS projects etc? Is there anything that might not be compatible I need to know about?

The files themselves should be fine. I transfer my files between work (PC) and home (Mac) all the time without a hitch.

Congrats on the switch. It might be a bit weird at first, but once you get used to it. Go mac and you won't go back ;) LOL
