I've been working on this one for about a week. Still have a fair way to go, but most of the base model is there and I have begin to detail it a bit.
I need a bomber for my battle of Britain series I'm going to do :)

Very cool, one of my favourites from that era. Something about having four to five crew members in one ship always intrigued me.

Trying to finalize the UV maps. There are still some areas of distortion. This is a tough one!

I have now applied the rough texture.
This is just some "kit bashing" I just roughly pasted in bits from different low res reference shots and then painted the colors to the edges roughly. Now comes the long process of painting all the textures by hand.

@Ray, I don't mind doing a process series, but a tut would be way to much work for now, I wanna finish the model :)

Ok I have painted the solid color now
Here she is with a new paint job. This is mainly to make sure that all the parts are in the right place and to lay down a base color.
Next up, its time to start to paint all the detail :)
