scaling issue

i have a logo i'm trying to scale down to 1.625 x .5 inches, but part of it disappears at that size, is there a work around?

It's an AI file?

Does it disappear on the screen and when you print it?

If you've printed it what resolution did you print at?

Lastly, can you post it here so we can take a look for you?
