New Tutorial Suggestion

I think there should be a tutorial on how to draw anime boys/girls on photoshop, cause i REALLY need to and i have NO IDEA how.:(:(

1. Get a Wacom tablet.
2. Get some drawing talent.
3. Watch and study lots of anime.
4. Open Photoshop.
5. Apply talent to Wacom tablet.

It's that simple!
