erm...i wonder how to make a stroke become more sharp, it's still a little bit jaggies after i unsharped it...anyone have the idea to use the unsharp filter?
edit*: oh ya...i curved that stroke, so now i'm having the trouble :(

Sharpening *creates* jaggies. Don't go so heavy on the unsharp mask. And keep your Radius generally around 1.5 pixels. There was a formula but I can't remember it.

what about threshold and amount %?

I normally keep threshold at 0 and fidget with the Amount visually. I honestly can't remember what these things mean though. Just make sure you don't get halos.

The unsharp actually creates a thin line around the images to give to illusion of sharpness.
The amount determins the intensity of the line added
Radius: thinkness of the line
Threshold: at what point the line is applied, higher threshold will apply the mask to the entire image.
Best way is to set a thin radius, amount around 100 or sa and play with the threshold until you have just the right babance.
To lose the jaggies:
Copy selection into a channel
gaussian blur
use the levels to make a hard edge again (use extreme levals so that all 3 triangles are touching each other)
Copy the selection back into your layer and fill
