This is my first to enter a graphic challenge. The name pretty much relates to the Notes Tool.
The person in the background is 100% original. Scanned from my sketchbook and tinted and edited with Photoshop. Otherwise the work is 100% Photoshop made.
The following fonts were used:
Adobe Caslon Pro
Arial Narrow
Continuum Medium
Impact
Although not a font, last but not least... my own handwriting.
