I made the assumption that the random keystrokes and subsequent cutting and pasting that occurred in the middle of the piece was not because you want to have those particular letters, but because you wanted to simulate words. That is what "Lorem Ipsum" does. It has the correct ratio of different letters, so it appears as written language, but has no meaning. The link was a generator for this. Designers refer to this as "greek text" or "greeking" although it's actually rooted in Latin...

No problem, glad to help. Just make me a promise that you'll never call it "Lipsum". It's "Lorem Ipsum". I'm actually extremely offended that the site owners would try and change the name of this text which has been around since the gutenberg press.

Thanks again Phil.
BTW: If anyone has the patience(couldn't spell that if my life depended on it) to wait for the picture to load, any bad/good comments would be greatly apreciated. Also tips to make it better too!:roll

Well, ya just did ! :D
Anyways, I'm not skilled in PS and web such as you all are, and I'm not really sure what the problem is, except that the pic took an hour to load.. or somethin' ;)
So, uh, I just wanted to say that you gotta make sure the image is 72 ppi, RGB color mode, and maybe you should go file --> save for web, and compress the image, file size or whatever...
This may decrease the picture's quality though...
Uh.. You all know this, but, uh.. Just in case :P
For all I know it could be my ISP F*ckin up, or your host...
plz don't ban ;)

What a great first effort! I like the background and love the effect you got on the crystals, but maybe the crystals could have a little colour in them? Compared with the background they look alittle greyscale? But thats just opinion. I like what you did with the hexagons also but maybe a contrasting colour? Overall very intersting and nice piece and a fantastic first effort. Keep it up! :D

the crystals where supposed to have a really white, nice shiny effect, but got more of a clear effect. But Oh well, I forgot to save a photoshop layered copy of it *is stupid*. But thank you for the compliment.
BTW: The people who make all of those human faces, are the faces made COMPLETELY out of photoshop!? You guys are all so talented artists
