Panorama Picture Help

Last week i was down in santa barbera and my nkon buddy wasshowing me some of his new panorama's they incredible especially the in sync ones with 10 of the same person flying straight through the flick in person.

i need some great tutorials or advice i cant wait to produce a really good one.

i find photoshop's auto stitch thing does a great job
