I am having difficulty trying to produce jpegs at 48mb. I start with raw image into p-s camera raw 12.6mb from fujis2pro, select size 6144 by 4111 (max) and 300ppi (ppi specified by library).If I put this into ps and save ( max setting 12,baseline standard) this gives me a 6.81mb image. I now need to resize up to get a 48mb file from here.
I examine a example image from the library that is 5403 x 3497 pixels, 300dpi,46x30cm,54.1mb. If my image seems bigger in all aspects why is it just 6.81mb and the example image is a 48mb file.If my raw is 12.6 to start with and I select max size image at 300ppi out of cam raw ,surely I should have a jpeg in ps that is bigger than 6.81mb.If I begin to try and make the 48mb file size I need to drasticly increase pixel size which doesnt seem right.
I would grately appreciate anyone who can help.
