What kind of fashion accessories?? like broches and belts and stuff??

To enhance the texture and add depth you should have the light between 45 and 90 degree of camera axis.

To add specular highlights, you should add a rim light at +1 to the main light.

If you direct light it, you should also have a fill card equal distance to give you a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio (avoid the harsh shadows if you can)

Hope that helps
