If you are a Windows user, you will need this patch so that your computer's time is accurate. This does not effect those using Vista or Automatic Updates. I am not sure if this effects the MAC world or not.
You can "GO HERE" (http://support.microsoft.com/dst2007) for the patch. The URL is Microsoft's support site. Instructions are pretty straight forward and from what I can tell, it is a necessary fix. Especially if you use Outlook for your mail and/or calendar.
