downloading video

Hi there first post, and sorry it is on a negetive issue.
I paid and downloaded PhotoshopCafe Live. It downloaded ok, but when I went to play it, it just opened in a static page, has anyone else had problems with videos they have paid for?

I have the PS LIVE on CD and it runs fine. Not sure how Colin has the download files setup, and/or if the have been changed since the pressing of the CD. But try to update your flash player to 9 off the adobe site.

I have tried it on two computers and downloaded it four times, and even installed winzip, instead of relying on XP.

And we went from 8 to10 from Adobe site.
I've requested the DVD and pay the difference
I hope they look after me

Make sure you make a cd/dvd BACKUP of the files once you've downloaded them. But keep the files on your computer, it will load the lessons much faster.

Put the back up in a safe place incase you need to reinstall your computer or get corrupted files on your drive.
