bling writing

I know how to make the bling writing and put sparkles on it but i do not know how to make it smooth the way its in in this pic....can sumone help me please

it's because usually when i make the bling writing it comes out like this

i want my bling writing to come out this way.....does anybody know how to make it like this????please help me out

it looks like the letter fill is smoother so just rasterise portion - apply blur

other than that i cannot see a difference...is that what u mean???

OH.

You just need to decrease the contrast in the glass distorted area.

(Maybe between step 4 and step 5, go to Image>Adjust>Bightness/Contrast and adjust to suit).
