annoying,,, i think a lesson has been learnt though... never send anyone ur amazing work until you are sure what the deal is!..... UNlucky anyway
Thats the growing problem, people just dont understand which is right and which is wrong. Should we start a challenge in the proper section like: Make a poster against ripping...

i personally don't think that it was a cafe issue or see it as a cafe issue that such an unfortunate incident happened, even though the "criminal" in this case requested for work here, we too do not know what transpired between paradox and cvance383.. because all these were not carried out in public..
that said, i dont think that you will ever see cvance383 reappearing here.
proper procedures at handing work, pay on delivery or appropriate payment structure or agreement should have been made before any work starts and proper agreements should have been made between the two agreeing parties..
I personally do not give or provide the high resolution design work until payment received and neither will I start work without proper agreement being put down on the table before my eyes. I too had been cheated and underpaid, those are valuable lessons..

your right there buddy...
First of all.. Work with a contract and don't start the work until you receive a down payment second if you have a feeling that you will get ripped don't send anyone a high res file. Send a jpeg just so they can view your work or a pdf with print restriction.
Live and learn.
