Hey folks,
I want to find a way to easily make buttons and stuff like that with really slick looking glass effects. Here is the thing which initially sparked my interest! (the play button for WMP11 beta2)... sweeeeeet!

I know i could do this manually in photoshop but i'm sure there's a good filter, or maybe someone has an action which is easily used.
