I'm new to this Cafe. So, hope I'm posting this correctly. Where is the function in CS2 to apply auto rotation of photo images based on the camera embedded exif data?

CS@ obviously sees the data, since the thumbnails are properly rotated in Bridge, whether the camera was turned to the left or to the right, the thumbnail is properly displayed upright in Bridge.

However, in CS1 there was a function to 'apply the rotation' so that the original file was automatically rotated to match the thumbnail displayed. But, I can't find that function in CS2.

In CS2 There is the function to rotate 90 or 180. But, you have to individually specify the group of images to apply that function, which will require multiple actions to complete this entire step for images that are left and right. In CS1 you could specify the whole directory and let PS auto determine what images needed to be rotated to the left or right and it would take care of it.

Can anyone please advise? I've reverted to using ACDSee to get the auto rotation, which seems to create other unqiue problems when pulling the images back up in PhotoShop.

(I'm not sure how to get back in to view the answers to this question. So, you might need to reply direct to me at photographer@kensergi.com
Thanks very much.
