Can you post an example or say what such a thing would be used for or where it might be seen? I can't even picture what you're talking about.

If you are talking about that countdown in a circle that you see at the beginning of old films, I think you'd have to hunt down an animation of it or create your own in a program like Flash, Live Motion, Adobe Studio, etc.
