Any Alienware users out there?

If so could you give me a quick run down on their customer service and your overall satisfaction or dissatisfaction with your machine and the company?

I've built machines before and while it can be fun and certainly a great challenge, it is for the hobbyist and not for serious designers that rely on time efficency to complete their work. Do what you do best and you will be much more succesful no matter what it is.
With everything that is out there and the long list of incompatibility issues that surround building your own machine it would be a huge waste of time for me not to mention that instead of having one tech support and one warranty you have about 7-10, one for each piece of hardware. Been there, done that.
Why did you go off-topic, especially when you didn't even include any additional info that would lead someone to info that would aide them in building their own machine?
Now back to my original question!

I have never owned an Alienware, but I have a friend who had one, it was a fast machine, no problems and he loved it. Dont know much about the support though
