Can someone help me create a banner?

I am looking to make a banner for my Fantasy MMA Organization 'SubFighter Championships' I want to use photoshop, but I have no skill with it at all... I am wondering if someone could make me a banner for my league page... I want it to look

but can you make it like really cool w/ photoshop - something like this http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f310/CCSTU/rampagesif1.gif

I'd like it sort of like a banner for a league page, but make it the same size as the first shitty logo that i made with paint... its for my www.makesportmma.com organization

The text of the photoshop image should be 'SubFighter Championships'

its an .com and organisation i would look in the freelance corner or try something ,then here how you can improve by doing it yourself :)
