Is there a way, with the Magic Wand, to remove images from their backgrounds?

Attached, you'll find an image of the bike that I'll be buying when I get back from Iraq. I've been trying to use the magnetic lasso, but that's just too painstaking.

Is there a way?

Yes you can, you may have to play about with the Tolerance setting for the magic wand tool.

How? Is there a tutorial here that shows it? Every tutorial that I have found on a variety of sites......the link is dead.
