Hey all, im pretty new to webdesign, and from what i can tell PHP is awsome. I d/l'd it the other day, and i cant figure out the install, can some one help me?

what do u mean downloaded it the other day ? are you talking about a script ?

You mean you downloaded PHP and you are trying to install it on a computer? The actual PHP download is for your webserver only and needs to be installed on APACHE! If you just want to write in php, you can use any editor like notepad, wordpad, etc.
(please tell me you're not trying to install PHP, ouch!)

Very informative and gives you a much more stable setup than using exe's and msi's.
