that header really fries your eyes all streatched out... crop it and dont worry about losing part of the image

center the whole thing would look a alot better

a silver or chrome bar would look awesome under that header

make your images dissapear into the background colour and either side of the text showing all the best cars they have (or can get)

other than that its fast loading and simple (which is a good thing)

It's clean and appealing. I like the look. Milagro's suggestion to fade the images sounds good. Or maybe just round the corners? It loaded choppy for me each time I clicked a link. I'm on broadband. You could consider using frames so that the banner & image buttons are not reloading with each click.

In the body text it says:
We at demo auto sales strive for excellence and customer satisfaction, we make sure that every vehicle or motorcycle that we sell meets or exceeds industry standards.

It should say either:
...customer satisfaction. We make sure... OR ...customer satisfaction and we make sure...

Being even more picky, I would substitute ensure for make sure in that sentence.

The graphic looks great. I agree with milagroman about it being stretched looking wierd. Great looking overall. And I think Fantasm must be an ex-english teacher.
