When ever I go to select a part of my picture I am making, it says:

Warning: No pixels are more than 50% selected.

How do I change that? I can only select the WHOLE picture by pressing Ctrl+A. But not a part of it.

Ctrl+A is the short cut to select-all. Try one of the Marquee Tools or Lasso Tools or Quick Mask.

Yeah but i NEED the Marquee's to work and none of them do, because I need to make an exact circle and only the Marquee's can do that. Otherwise I would get a weird circle :P

Have you used the Marquee tool before and this is something new?

Yeah it worked fine before, but now for some reason it says that :(

Check your marquee settings.

You have:
New Selection
Feather 0 px
Normal

Or have they been adjusted?

Sure you're on a layer that you can select something from, you may be trying to select from a blank layer. Maker sure your layer is selected then try. If that doesn't work make sure they layer isn't locked (though it would say).

Try it on another image to, if you still got the same issue then there may be something wrong. :)

edit: that to^ (what Phil said) :D

Thanks Phil! I thought it had something to do with the Feathers but didn't know.
