okay i am going to ask a silly question i want to put a forum on my site but the server i am on does not suport the correct stuff to put 1 up and because i am going through a big redesign i would like to know what FREE host will support 1 so i can set it up and just link it and the forum i will be using will be the 1 this one been done by hope someone can help;)

Your gonna need a Host that supports PHP/apache/mysql...as for free servers...try this one >>>FREE (http://www.hostultra.com/)

thanks thats great i hope its what i am after but if you know any hosts as well it migh be a bit more easy i am still waiting for an email from the one you put down
