The interface i very big and it dosen't fit in. Try scale it down abit and see what happen. Maybe try a different shape alltogether.
And try too pull the site map closer too the main body, it will clean up your design, does this make any sense at all??

Your 'button' is a little confusing at first.
To highlight what you do, I would eliminate the contact and links and focus on your skillset.

Leave the links and contact on your sidebar.

I personally would move the sidebar down a bit as not to conflict with your 'button'

It would be nice if you had rollover effects on the text or a show/hide layer to remind people that the 'button' actually is navigation.
