Changing a color

I have some blueprints of a basement that I did. I want to use them as a background. They are curently black and I was wanting to change them to bue. Is that possible?

Of course it's possible :D. If you have a working knowledge of Photoshop you can achieve pretty much everything you need to.
This shouldn't be too hard at all anyway. Select the image's layer and press ctrl+u. Tick the "colorize" box and adjust the hue and saturation bar until you get a blue you like.

Just an added tip, you'll need to push the lightness slider in to the positive numbers to see a result on a black object. :)
