I'm trying to take my art from photoshop and put some movement into them. Can someome please tell me about some good animation programs and tutorials for them?

Flash is a great one and flashkit.com is a good Falsh tut site. :) You can also do animated gifs right in Image Ready just go to the help menu and do a search for Animation. It'll get you started, :)
