Seems pretty cool, more battery life and more space, but:
I am sorry but I will NEVER buy another Apple Product and this is no exception. I will be getting an iRiver as soon as the H340 is released.

I lost my computer's license to play my music and they are the worst DRM
company aside from Sony Music.
There FAQ says I can have upto 5 comps play my purchased music, but I couldn't move to anything because my old account was with AOL and I canceled it. This resulted in me not being able to sign in to move my music. The end result was music that I purchased was a waste unless I broke the copy protection to listen to music that I purchased. Now tell me that isn't wrong.
DRM is the Downfall of Fair Rights.

oh,
a color screen :)
that'd b so usefull being that my ipod's a music/pix mess.
this may sound stupid, but is there any chance you could view .psd files on it?

That was before Apple pissed me off.
Now I am leaving it to get an iPod for my mom or a gift certificate for some music.

colour screens look great, but i think since its fundamentally an mp3 player they should concentrate on the audio problems they have, I had an ipod for 3 weeks before i traded it in for a creative player, the sound was so flat and the bass was laughable. I've not heard this new one, but I hope for impulse buyers they've at least changed the firmware.

it looks great but its one hell of a price tag for what's on offer, unless you have a massive library of photos lying around.

I'm getting an MP3 player for my birthday for £50 at www.tchibo.co.uk - they're a most excellent company. I think it's time they stopped pissing about and made an iPalm.
However, as far as sorting and navigating is concerned the iPod is the best - and possibly the priciest.

Its about time they came out with the color iPod with proper LCD screen and such. I am more keen that it has color and, from the looks of, better fonts, than the ability to plan photos as a slideshow and on TV. Since I have a powerbook and a digital camera, it doesn't seem for me, but nevertheless, its a cool gadget.
