The Recessed Look??

I really want to learn how to to this type of look....

This is an image slice of the top half of a recessed box type image. I really wanna know how to get that inside groove look and how the little arrow got recessed like that.....Thanks in advance....

For the recessed bit, make your rectangular shape with the fill color that you want on a new layer. Then duplicate it, make a selection of the area you want recessed and press delete. Then just add a bevel & emboss layer style and you're done. For the arrow just make your arrow on a layer above the sphere and change your blending mode to multiply and drop the opacity a bit. :)

Go to the Theme Gallery in the Modules Block..... Steel Green is the name of the Theme.
