:blush Ive doodled around with Photoshop for-ev-er! But this is the first time Ive actually showed anything. I goofed around with filters and in one used the Lightning Tut I found at the site.

i like the name ripple effect. It looks like the words are sitting in a puddle. :)

The lightning is cool, but here a couple of things to try.
1: Fork the lightning bolts to have a more sparodic result.
2: Play around with the colors.

One method used to mess with color is "Hue/Saturation"
To use Hue/Saturation: press "CTRL+U" or goto "Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation"
Check "colorize" and play with the middle and top sliders

:D Our last name is Duquenne (Doo-Cain) and when my hubby was in the Air Force his buddies shortened it to Dookie (if thats what you are talkin about John Hughes .)
Welp, the rest of my deviant name is what he called me when we were just friends, about 10 years ago .. it stuck. Then, when we went to LAN parties I was the only gal there and needed a name - hence - DookeisPrettyLady. :blush
