Its hard to teach someone 3D or bryce face to face, so im pretty sure its gonna be very difficult explaining over the internet via keyboard.
The best way to learn software, especially 3D ones, is to start from tutorials and add some of your own touches to it to make it look unique. You learn from mistakes and errors and in time you will create more effective work.
The best way to learn Bryce is to read the manual/read me and possible even get a couple of books from the library (uni/college library would be best) and have a quick read.
First things first though...Google "bryce X+tutorials" Replace x with your version number and google everything inside and including the quotation marks. Thats the best starting point.

Check out Lynda.com for video tutorials on Bryce and other 3D apps - it's a great way to learn software.
Hope that helps!

best way to learn 3d is to stay away from pre-made crap. and start with the basis of manipulating basic shapes like qubes, sphere's,cones, pyramide's. pre made stuff makes you lazy and not willing to take on the learning curve of 3d.
