Save Actions

I have a lot of Text effect Actions in my Actions pallet i want to save them on to a Floppy disc but can,t figure out how to do it.Can anybody help.Thanks Cumbrian.;)

C:>Program Files>Presets>Actions then just copy them to the disc. I hope by floppy you mean a zip disc. :)
