I really enjoy making websites (figuring out the coding, designing it, ect...), however I have the hardest time thinking of what to make the site about, and the desing/layout of the site. Any ideas or suggestions?

Now, that I look back at this i realize it doesnt make much sense because I said that i like to design pages but then I ask for help with design ideas. Well, what I really ment was that I like creating designs with photoshop, it is fun, but using Im duplicating or changing another persons idea, which is not acceptable when creating a website (in my opinion). So, once again ideas are greatly appreciated.

I think everyone tends to experience that kind of "designers block" at some time or another. If you are just making sites to make sites, do some brainstorming on paper of some things that you are interested in, maybe hobbies/sports.

How about making site with your own tutorials? This way you will be 1) Making a very useful site to the other users of this board and at the same time re-teaching yourself the techniques you implemented to create a specific design.

Maybe that helps - maybe not .. I always thought about making my own tutorials - just never had the free time :)

Thank you very much for your info. Making tutorials is a great idea, although Im still pretty new to photoshop. But it would help me get better. Hummm, that is something to think about. Thanks!
