I'm sorry. I'm new at this. I meant, how can I get the white border off? In photoshop 7 canvas it looks fine. When I save as jpg. and open it in ie a white border apears all around the picture. Can anyone help me in this problem on this white border not appearing?

or you could use canvas size to do this.

Make sure white is selected as your background color and then go to image>canvas size and expand your canvas a certain amount on each side. If you choose a positive number and check "relative" this should be no problem.

Sounds like transparency troubles to me.
The .jpeg format will not save transparency so it will fill in with white any areas of your image that you left empty.

Try saving your file as either a .gif or a .png.

PNG is definately the best if you don't care about file size.

uhm... i think u have to put your picture in a table with top- and leftmargin=0...
then theres no white border...

do you mean this?
