How do i save just my interface and not the background?

Ok, i'm brand new at photosop. I have made an interface that is smaller than my transparent background. How do i save just the interface? Or trim it to where its only the interface then save??

mh...i´m not very good at transparent stuff,
maybe someone can give a better solution.

i suggest:
- "save for web"
- choose .gif
- choose "transparent" there...

Use Save for Web and save it as either a .png or a .gif. I fyou choose .gif make sure you check the transparency box. :)
