If so let“s hope they redesign the layout of some of the popup windows such as layerstyle. It“s always on top of the image due to it“s size.

Don't worry.. 4th Quarter is almost a year away. They usually do a new version every year and a half. Wasn't it April that 7 came out now?

it's always hard to keep up with upgrades... they come out all the time for programs

"Specific updates will include: NTSC/PAL/HD preview choices to compliment the existing CMYK Preview, a Histogram palette, nested layer sets, and text on a path. Photoshop 8 will also include "filter layers," allowing for non-destructive image editing and manipulations, similar to Adobe After Effects' adjustment layers. "

This is cool... Better get those typing fingers warmed up now Kiwiman!

I'll probably be one of the first people to buy it then spend months living on beans because I don't have enough money to support myself since I would spent it all on Photoshop...it's a sad sad world.:D

Filter Layers? Text to path? Yeah, I think this'll be the next one I get... :) Reading more about the "heal brush" and am getting more interested too...

I don't think there's a big difference between 6 and 7.

For me the healing brush in p7 is far easier for photo touch ups. the brows function, well adobe should've made that available far earlier.

other than that, can't really see a massive difference between that and 6.

Text on a path? Hmmn. now that's interesting :D
